What is your policy regarding ticket exchanges and refunds?

Once you have bought tickets, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

I’m part of a large group (10+ people) — how should we go about purchasing tickets?

Please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@ootbtheatrics.com to purchase tickets for any groups of 10+ people.

Do you offer rush tickets?

We offer $39 rush tickets for non-sold-out shows. The rush line begins 60 minutes before curtain time, in-person at the theatre.

Do you have a cancellation line for sold-out shows?

We offer full-price cancellation tickets for sold-out shows. The cancellation line begins 60 minutes before curtain time, in-person at the theatre.

Do I need to print out my ticket beforehand?

As long as you have your e-ticket ready on your phone upon arrival, there is no need to print anything!

Is the theater wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our theater is wheelchair-accessible! There is an elevator to get down to the theatre from the first floor, and ramps to get around the building and theatre. If you have any other accessibility needs, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@ootbtheatrics.com.

Do you have gender-neutral bathrooms and/or accessible stalls?

There are two multi-stall bathrooms in the building, both of which are gender neutral and have one wheelchair-accessible stall in each bathroom.

What’s the nearest public transportation to the theatre?

Subway: A, B, C, D, E, F, or M (to West 4th St./Washington Square Park), or the 1 train (to Christopher St./Stonewall Station). PATH: to Christopher St. Buses: M8 or M20.
